James Heath and Reece Cargan selected for EAVE+ 2025

Randan producers James Heath and Reece Cargan have been selected to participate in the 15th iteration of EAVE+ which is currently undergoing in Luxembourg.

EAVE+ is an intensive five-day workshop event for 14 experienced producers from 11 countries to discuss the structure of their companies, best management practices and innovative business models, guided by a hand-picked selection of seasoned industry professionals.

James and Reece, who are the only UK producers on this years EAVE+ are currently attending talks and workshops to expand their knowledge on how to run a sustainable company, transformational processes in film companies, diversification, new business models and company constellations.
