Reece Cargan selected for Inside Pictures 2025

Randan’s Reece Cargan is among 20 producers and film executives selected for the Inside Pictures business training initiative of 2025.

This programme of intense workshops, taking place in London and LA, aims to foster the growth of European film and television industry while cultivating world-class leaders who will continue building a better and stronger sector. The programme will run between June 2025 to January 2026.

The initiative is designed to enhance the participant’s practical expertise, competencies, and influential networks required to effectively manage successful productions.

The programme is supported by ScreenSkills through the Film and High-end Television Skills Funds, with new backing from Amazon MGM Studios’ Ascend global training programme.
